Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you shop at our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We will use this information to process your order, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize and cross link references so we can actively improve your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.  For additional security, we do not keep your credit card information on file permanently.
In addition we will never sell, rent, or make available in any way your email address or other information to others for the purpose of marketing or for any other reason.
 
Out of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock at our main warehouse due to an interruption on the supply chain, manufacturing/production issues, inventory counting errors, etc. In most cases we will ship all available products and then ship any back orders in a separate shipment at our expense.  If we cannot get the back-ordered products in a timely manner we will contact you and let you decide how to proceed.
Replacement/Exchange/Refunds
All sales are final. We will gladly accept the return of, and replace products that are clearly and visually defective due to manufacturing errors, for 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise, provided you inform us of the issue immediately after receipt and that the merchandise is in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state (not used).
After we receive the returned merchandise and confirm  manufacturing errors,  we will replace the items in question, or if you so prefer, we will exchange those items for a different product and ship it out to you in a timely manner at our expense.
For fulfillment mistakes which we make resulting in the shipment of, clearly and unequivocally the wrong products to you, we will accept return for 30 days from the date of purchase, provided you inform us of the error immediately after receipt.
After we receive the returned merchandise and confirm the oversight, we will promptly exchange for the correct product and ship this out to you in a timely manner and at our expense.
If, and when the circumstances arise, where a determination is made that a full  or partial refund needs to be issued, you will be given the choice of a store credit, or a credit/debit card refund for the amount in question.
All postage for returns or exchanges are not our responsibility unless return is consequence of a mistake on our part.
